Blago GUILTY

Former IL Gov Rod Blagojevich is found Guilty on 17 of 20 counts. The jury found him not guilty on one count, and were hung on two other counts -- Count 11 & 16. But the jury was unanimous in finding the former IL governor guilty on 17 of 20 counts.

The sentencing of the former governor is not set at this time, but he could spend the rest of his life in jail, though some observers think that unlikely. It is fair to say Rod Blagojevich may, at a minimum, spend the next decade of his life in jail.
